Crustless Beef Quiche

I really like Quiche. I’m not sure if it is the eggs, which I love or the cheese which I also love. Probably it’s both!

Recipe: Crustless Beef Quiche4 eggs1 pound hamburger16 oz corn, frozen2 cups half and half2 cups cheddar cheese, grated1/2 cup onion, chopped1/3 cup Gary’s True Grit Einkorn flour1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper3 tablespoons butter, melted2 tablespoons, garlic, minced2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325Grease a 9×11-inch baking dish , brown hamburger, onion and garlic in a skillet; drain liquid.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and melted butter with salt, pepper, and baking powder.  Add eggs, frozen corn, and half and half.  Stir well until blended.Add the drained hamburger to the quiche filling.  Stir in the cheese and chives.  Pour into prepared baking dish.  Bake for 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean and eggs are set.
