Recipe of the week:
Sauteed Garlic Scallops
8 large sea scallops
3 tablespoons butter
1-2 drops Young Living Black Pepper Vitality essential oil
1-2 drops Young Living Orange Vitality essential oil
1-2 teaspoons garlic, minced
salt to taste

Gently dry scallops with paper towel. In a medium skillet, melt butter and Vitality oils, being careful not to let butter burn. When butter foams, add scallops. Cook until scallops are barely browned on both sides and are starting to feel firm, about 2-3 minutes per side. Add garlic and lower heat. Season with salt and cook about 2 more minutes. Serve with fresh lemon slices. Makes 2 servings.
